11. WARRANTY INFORMATION

Pink Diamonds Assets offers a lifetime guarantee from the date of purchase against any manufacturing failure.

Please Note:

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from general wear and tear (including rhodium plating), wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by Pink Diamonds Assets, failure to follow instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without approval.

12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FAULTS INFORMATION

You are welcome to return an item that was purchased from Pink Diamonds Assets because of a quality issue.

The following returns policy is for purchases made from Pink Diamonds Assets only. Please note that all goods of Pink Diamonds Assets have been individually crafted with great care. Please take the utmost care when wearing.

Please consider purchases carefully as we do NOT offer refunds, credits or exchanges for:

- change of mind;

- incorrectly ordered items;

- discounted items;

- misuse of the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem;

- any other problem outside of Pink Diamonds Assets’ control.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Any jewellery returned must be:

- unused, unopened and in original condition packaging with all tags still intact;

- undamaged;

- accompanied by the original invoice as proof of purchase;

- requested for return (with your full name, invoice number and the product you wish to return) within 14 days after delivery;

- approved returns are received at Pink Diamonds Assets within 7 days of approval;

- adequately packaged to ensure jewellery is not damaged in transit.
